- All employee referrals must be submitted through the Inbound Referral Management System (IRM).
- The referral date cannot be earlier than the time the position was posted.
- Akken human resources or hiring manager should not have contacted these candidates before referral.
- The referring employee grants Akken team to use his/her name as part of the introduction, or, provide a written introduction if requested.
- The first employee who refers a candidate is the only referring employee eligible for the bonus.
- All candidates must meet the position criteria to be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated per Akken company policy and procedures.
- If someone whom you refer is hired, you will receive a $1,500 bonus once that employee has been employed at Akken for over 90 days.
- The $1500.00 referral bonus will be paid in the last pay period of the following month when that employee completes the first 90 days working at Akken.
- You need to be employed by Akken at the time of the payout period to receive the referral bonus.
- If the employee that you referred leaves Akken with the first 12 months of their employment start date, the referral bonus that has been paid to you will be collected back.
