As the leader of the Customer Success Team, Santangelo will ensure AkkenCloud’s staffing software meets or exceeds its customers’ expectations. Santangelo will also work with AkkenCloud’s product team on the development of new features to enhance its customers’ ability to source candidates, manage payroll, and complete other agency procedures.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from Bentley University – McCallum Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Binghamton University.
